This weekend we went off to Rugby to support James in his first Quad Endurance Race.....

 

 

Just got back from Paphos in Cyprus for Kerry & Stans Wedding. 

We had a great time and Kerry looked beautiful.  Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Stefanov.

Great weekend........... the best coach in the world and his lovely girlfriend Carole (my French Family!)

came over to share a Christmas weekend with us here in the UK. We had a really good weekend visiting all the sites around London, we went to see the funny and talented show Stomp and generally had a fun weekend - can't wait to do it again.

November 2009

 

This weekend we celebrated the achievements of the riders taking part in the British Championships.

 

 

This year at the IJSBA World Finals - Team GB brought home the nations trophy.

Happy 50th Garry

I have just returned from a funtime in Morocco. If you click on the photo you will be able to share photos of my time with my family and friends. I have just had my annual (working!!) holiday with my very very dear friend and the best coach in the world Laurent Boucher (& Carole and Thomas)  at B7 Sport at Base Nautique in Beaucaire, France.  We had a great time and I would like to Thank everyone. If you are going to the South of France then Base Nautique is well worth a visit - you can launch your ski for just 10 Euros or you can hire either a runabout or a ski - visit B7sport.com for more details. July 2009 

As usual we made our racing weekend in Mirendella, Portugal into a mini holiday. (For news and photos of my racing visit my racing news page). As I have had such a bad year results wise my dad joked I should look for another hobby (a cheaper one!!) so fishing was suggested - out came my dads rods but then can you believe that lead to a fishing competition amongst ourselves, trophy included. Gee I never knew just how competitive Mrs Bushell was!!!!!

Matts BBQ

For a change the British weather was really good to us and as you can see if you click on the photo of Lewis and Joy with their team flag (Joy!) we had a real fun day.

This weekend we celebrated British racer Matt Aitkin become both 40 years old and made a LORD .....yes our racing friend is now officially LORD Matt Aitkin....Click on the photo below of Matt, Elaine, Lewis and Lucy to see my slideshow of the celebration.  Thanks for a great night and congratulations.

It's the greatest Dog Show time of year again - CRUFTS. 

This year was even more exciting because Ant's girlfriend Teana had qualified with Georgia .....

  • Club Racing Round 1 at Nitrojet  - 10th & 11th May saw the first of the 2008 Club Racing series and so we headed down (armed with all my revision books!!) to Nitrojet in Oxfordshire where we were warmly welcomed by the new owners Paul and Nicki. It was a really good weekend – I met some really lovely people and we all had a good laugh together and the weather was really kind to us too.  As always Garry and the Smith family were very well organised and the day ran really well and we watched some great racing.  Mind you I don’t know how my Mum & Dad watch – I was so dying to get out there with them all!!! Well done to everyone and ‘Hi and thanks for the good time’ to all the people I met. Enjoy the slideshow of the photos…… Back to revising now for me!

  • Winter Round 5 & Awards & Disco - Here you can view the last round of the British Winter Series, the all important awards and the hilarious party afterwards.  Everyone had a great time as you can see from the photos and I have some fun memories of this night especially Luke Hill wearing my shoes all evening!
